Fire Extinguisher Rule Addendum

On July 21, 2025, during our monthly Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved changes to our Rules and Regulations (R&R) incorporating an enforcement policy to our pre-existing rule requiring every Kingswood Village unit to have an operable fire extinguisher. The attached document illustrates the proposed changes to our Rules and Regulations and will become effective and published on September 10, 2025. It is important to remind you that these changes are necessary to satisfy our casualty insurance policy holders.
The Board also changing all references to Property Manager to Superintendent. These changes will be made when the Rules and Regs are published on September 10th.
