Our Story

 

Kingswood Village was founded in the early 1970s by a group of homeowners who envisioned a community rooted in the peace and serenity of the Tahoe forests. Today, that vision is a reality. Our nine-acre property, just a few miles from the lake, is a haven for those who value both nature and connection.

 

With 230+ units, our residents have access to a wide range of amenities, including a pool, gym, sauna, tennis courts, and convenient kayak and boat storage. What truly sets us apart is our strong sense of community. Our social committee hosts holiday celebrations and special events, creating a bond that goes beyond shared space.
