Facility Update - Holiday Hours

Season’s Greetings, Kingswood Village!

As we prepare to celebrate the holidays, we want to inform our residents and owners of our upcoming office schedule. Our Office and Operations team will be taking some time off to be with their families:

• Closed: Wednesday – Friday December 24th (This Week)

• Reopening: Monday, January 5th

Please Visit Us This Week! Before we head out, we want to make sure you’re all set. If you have any administrative requests, parking permits, or questions, please visit us at the office no later than the end of the day this Tuesday. Our team will be unavailable to process requests during the closure period.

During this time, coverage for snow removal and related needs will continue to be operated by the in-house maintenance staff as required to ensure safety and accessibility.

With that being said, the Social Committee will be hosting their New Years Happy Hour on December 31st at 5:30pm here in the clubhouse! As usual, all homeowners are invited! Please RSVP if you plan on attending!
