Dear Kingswood Owners,   I hope that you all had a Happy Thanksgiving and are gearing up for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, which are just around the corner.  I wanted to take this opportunity to send you a few quick reminders.   No BOD Meeting in December – Due to the holidays, the Board typically does not meet in December, and this year is no exception.  Our next BOD meeting is scheduled for Tuesday January 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM.  I have included next year’s meeting
