With your owner's key fob or card, you can access the fitness center inside the pool building. Inside you'll find a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, and a supine bicycle.

Tahoe Area Regional Transportation makes it easy for homeowners and guests alike to request a ride to anywhere in Tahoe! 

We provide kayak racks for owners to store their kayaks during the summer season! You provide your own lock and submit the form to let us know who it belongs to.

Our recently renovated sports complex includes tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. These fantastic amenities are open from Memorial Day through the first snow each year, but we try to open them earlier when weather allows. There are storage boxes with equipment at the courts. Use your key fob or card to access. 

With the help of TART, you have access to a number of beautiful hiking trails through the Tahoe Forest. 

We provide short-term parking in a special parking lot for your boats and boat trailers so you can enjoy your time on the water. Please fill out the boat registration form to let us know which one is yours. 

Just behind the pool, you'll find a recently built bocce ball pit. It's BYOBB (bocce balls!), or from Memorial Day through Labor Day, you can check out a set of bocce balls from the pool attendant.
