Reminder: Unclaimed Watercraft

Action Required for Unclaimed Watercraft 

This is an important and final reminder regarding the paddleboards and kayaks currently remaining on the community storage racks, well past the November 2nd deadline for seasonal removal. We understand things get busy, but we need your immediate attention on this matter.

Immediate Removal Deadline

To ensure the safety of our common property, all remaining watercraft must be claimed and removed from the racks by Monday, November 10th 2025. 

The primary concern is safety: our storage racks are designed for seasonal use only and cannot withstand the significant combined weight of watercraft and potential heavy snow accumulation. This has unfortunately caused property damage in prior years, and we must prevent it this season. 

Any items left on the racks after Monday will be removed and disposed of.

Unregistered Property

We also want to stress that the remaining watercraft are unregistered. Because we do not have an owner on file, we have no way to contact you directly. Please remember that registration is mandatory for use of the racks. The Kayak/Paddleboard Registration Form is available on the Kingswood Village website.
