Reminder: Register Your Boat!

Good morning neighbors,

As the weather warms up, we love seeing our community take advantage of the amenities Kingswood Village has to offer. This is a quick reminder for all residents who utilize—or plan to utilize—the Kingswood Village Property Owners Association (KVPOA) Boat Lot.

The boat parking area is a private amenity provided exclusively for KVPOA residents. Because it is a private amenity, all vehicles / vessels parked in the lot must be registered with KVPOA.

Why is Registration Mandatory?

When a boat is parked in the lot without registration, it creates a few security and management issues. Specifically, we have no way of knowing:

• If the boat actually belongs to a resident or a non-resident using our lot illegally.

• If the vessel has been completely abandoned.

• If the owner has read, understood, and agreed to the KVPOA rules and terms of use for the parking area.

Important: Unregistered Vehicles / Vessels Will Be Towed

We currently have four (4) unregistered boats parked in the lot. If you currently have a boat in the lot and have not filled out your paperwork, please do so immediately.

Please Note: Any vessel left unregistered will be towed at the owner’s expense. Current unregistered vehicles / vessels are due to be towed at the end of this week. We want to avoid this scenario just as much as you do, so please help us keep the lot secure and organized!
