Reminder: New Access Cards

Hello Kingswood Village Owners,

We have some exciting progress to share! Since our community access system upgrade in late November 2025, 76% of our units have already picked up their new amenity passes. Thank you to everyone who has stopped by the office so far.

If you haven’t had a chance to grab yours yet, this is your friendly reminder to swap out your old passes so you and your guests can continue enjoying the community pool, sports court, gym, and restrooms!

Out with the Old, In with the New

The old system has been fully decommissioned, meaning the old grey "Cobra Controls" cards and fobs no longer work.

The Old Passes: Grey, usually with "Cobra Controls" printed on them (now inactive).
The New Passes: Simple, black, and completely blank/non-descript.
The Cost: Each unit has been allocated two (2) new access cards free of charge.

Note: If you happen to lose your new cards, the standard $75 replacement fee still applies.

How to Pick Up Your New Cards

To ensure the security of our community, we have strict protocols for distributing the new passes:

Where & When: Available at the KVPOA Office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
In-Person Sign-Out Only: We are unable to mail or deliver these cards. A signature is strictly required upon pickup as proof of delivery.
Who Can Pick Them Up:
- The unit owner.
- A tenant, property manager, or vendor ONLY if the owner has sent explicit written permission via email to the office beforehand.

Management companies and tenants will not be issued cards without this email authorization on file.

New Feature: Go Digital!

Want to skip the physical card? Owners can now add their access pass directly to their smartphone via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet!

This service requires a $10/year subscription to cover the usage fees charged by Apple and Google to our system integrator. If you are interested, take a look at our FAQ page!
