At Kingswood Village, we believe that a safe and beautiful community is a shared responsibility. We ask for your help in keeping our neighborhood secure and well-maintained.
If you happen to see anything suspicious or out of the ordinary, please don't hesitate to say something. Your input is crucial for us to address issues such as improperly abandoned trash or dumpster misuse, damage to community property or landscaping, or any suspicious behavior around vehicles, buildings, or common areas. Reporting these incidents helps deter theft, vandalism, and other activities that threaten our peace of mind. During business hours, please call the office at 530-546-5003. After hours, please email office@kvpoa.org or for emergencies, call 911.
In addition, a common concern that was voiced during our Annual Meeting this year was STR over-occupancy. Per our rules & regulations, a 3-bedroom unit is limited to a maximum of 8 persons. If you observe an STR unit over the allowable occupancy, you are urged to contact the Placer County STR team either by phone at 530-448-8003 or by email at str@placer.ca.gov.
Another critical concern is smoking. While we don't wish to dictate personal habits, we must protect our community from the very real and devastating risk of fire. Improperly disposed cigarette butts are a leading cause of forest fires. Living in such a beautiful, yet flammable, environment means that one single act of carelessness could lead to catastrophic consequences for everyone. Please remember that smoking is not permitted on campus to ensure the safety and survival of our entire community.
You can report any concerns directly to our operations team by email or phone. As always, you are always welcome to let us know in person.
Your vigilance helps protect our neighbors, our environment, and our peace of mind.
