Reminder: Holiday Closure, Election Ballots

Kingswood Homeowners,

In observance of Labor Day, our operations and maintenance teams will be taking time off to spend with their families and friends.

Holiday Office Closure

• Dates: The KVPOA office will be closed, and standard maintenance activities will be postponed through Labor Day. Regular operations will resume on Tuesday.

  
  

• Inquiries: Any emails sent to office@kvpoa.org or voicemails left during the holiday weekend will be addressed as soon as the Operations staff returns to the office on Tuesday.

  
  

Important Election & Ballot Reminder As noted in the recent reminder from Board President Rich Rosemont, please remember to submit your election ballots if you haven't already:

• Straight Voting: This is our first election following the update to straight voting—you may allocate only one vote per candidate (cumulative voting is no longer permitted).

  
  

• Missing or Lost Ballots: If you have not received your ballot or need a replacement, please reach out to the office email, and we will send one out to you as soon as possible once we return on Tuesday.
