Reminder: Acceptable Dumpster Use

To remind our homeowners and guests,

PLEASE ONLY DUMP HOUSEHOLD TRASH INTO OUR DUMPSTERS.

Large furniture and/or items which will not reasonably fit into the dumpster must be taken to the local dump. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispose of these items on behalf of homeowners.

We definitely don't want to end up looking like the picture above. Please be mindful of your neighbors and community. Don't stack furniture, rugs, or other large items next to the dumpsters.

If you are sighted, you will be assessed a fine and/or a safety violation depending on the type of trash that is being attempted to throw away.
