Property Update - Cambridge Entrance Closed

Good morning Kingswood Village Owners,

We wanted to reach out and let you know about an active situation on the property this morning. The North Tahoe Public Utility District (NTPUD) is currently on-site repairing a major underground leak.

Because of this repair, the entrance and exit to the parking lot on Cambridge Drive is temporarily closed. At this time, the association hasn't been given a clear timeline for when the driveway will reopen, so please plan to use our alternative access points for the time being.

Additionally, NTPUD has had to shut off the water utility to the specific units affected by the leak. If your home is impacted, you should have already received a direct notification from them. Unfortunately, they've indicated that the water service could be unavailable for a few days while they wrap up the repairs.

Since this project is being handled entirely by the public utility district, KVPOA doesn't have direct updates on their progress or daily timeline. If your unit is affected, or if you have any questions about the repairs and water restoration, please reach out to NTPUD directly—they will have the most accurate and up-to-date information for you.
