We want to ensure all Kingswood Village homeowners are getting the most out of our community website. If you haven't yet registered for a member account, now is the perfect time! Registering as a member unlocks a variety of personalized and useful resources designed to keep you informed and connected.

Benefits of Member Registration

Becoming a registered member gives you exclusive access to the following valuable resources:

• Member Unit Archive: A digital archive of most of the files we have on record for your specific unit, shared exclusively with you upon verification of ownership. (this is still a work in progress so your unit may not have documents uploaded just yet)

  
  

• Community Financial Information: Access to important Community Pages like bank and accounting contact information and a quick guide on buying or selling a unit. (Note: This does not tie into or give you access to your personal accounts with AB Service or Heritage Bank.)

  
  

• Community Photos: Browse the gallery and the ability to upload your own photos to share with the community.

  
  

• Maintenance Team Information: Information for our Maintenance Team.

  
  

• The Community Group Forum for owner discussions will remain accessible for now, but please note that due to low usage, it will most likely be deprecated in the near future.

What Does NOT Require Membership

It's important to clarify that not all website pages require membership to access. The most critical and sensitive community information remains easily accessible to everyone:

• Critical Community Documents: Pages containing Board Meeting minutes, certain governing documents, and other crucial updates will continue to use the shared community password for access. This ensures that every homeowner can easily access essential community decision-making and documents.

  
  

• Other Non-Critical Pages: Various additional informational pages that keep you up-to-date.

Membership Requirements

• Current Ownership: With exception for the Operations Team, all registered members MUST be current owners of a unit. Upon notification of a unit sale, access will be revoked and your account will be suspended. All membership requests require approval upon verification.

• Acceptance & Compliance With Community Guidelines: All members are encouraged to read through the Community Guidelines before accepting them during the registration process. Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in suspension of your account and access to member pages.
