Exciting Update: New Mobile Wallet Access Cards Now Available!
We are thrilled to announce a brand-new convenience for our Kingswood Village community! Thanks to our recently upgraded access system, owners now have the option to use a UniFi Mobile Wallet Access Card right on their smartphones. No more worrying about losing a physical keycard—now you can unlock community amenities such as the pool, gym, and sports court with just a tap of your phone.
Why is there a fee? While we are excited to offer this cutting-edge amenity, Apple and Google charge our tech providers a fee to host digital passes in their mobile wallets, on top of standard payment processing fees. To cover these direct external costs without impacting the association's general budget, there is a $10 yearly service fee per digital card.

Important Note for Non-Owner Residents: Just like our physical access cards, if a long-term tenant is signing up for a mobile access card, the unit owner must first provide written permission via email directly to the KVPOA office.
Step 1: Pay the Yearly Service Fee
The first step is to pay the yearly service fee of $10 to cover the mobile wallet and processing costs.
We use PayPal for secure online payments. You do not need a PayPal account to complete this; you can easily check out using a credit or debit card as a guest.
Our PayPal account is a recent addition aimed at reducing workload on AB Service for smaller transactions such as these. This account is auditable by the Financial Oversight Committee.
Step 2: Fill Out and Submit the Service Form
After you successfully complete your payment, PayPal will provide you with a digital document (or a link to one). This document is essential for your setup and includes:
Terms and Conditions: Please read and review these carefully.
Your Contact Information: Please double-check your email address! This is the exact email address we will use to issue your digital mobile access card.
You have two choices for returning this completed document to us:
By Email: Fill it out on your computer and email it to the KVPOA office at office@kvpoa.org
Print & Drop Off: Print the document, fill it out by hand, and drop it off at the KVPOA office during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Step 3: Complete the Onboarding Process
Once the KVPOA office receives and reviews both your payment and your completed form (or owner approval for tenants), we will initiate your onboarding.
From there, please open the detailed Instruction Guide linked at the bottom of the page. This guide will walk you through the final simple steps to add the UniFi Access Card directly to your smartphone's mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay).
