Facility Update - Storage Deadline

ree

Well, the leaves are starting to turn, and you know what that means: it's time for our annual "put the toys away" reminder! As per the seasonal storage agreements, everything stored in the short-term parking lot and on the kayak racks needs to pack up and head home for the winter.

We've all had a great season out on the water and trails, but the clock is ticking. You must remove all personal property—that includes your boats, vehicles, and trailers from the parking lot, and all watercraft (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards) from the racks—no later than October 15th.

Here's the essential part (and we mean essential): October 15th is a firm deadline. Any items remaining after this date will, unfortunately, be considered in violation of the agreement. While we absolutely love your stuff, we don't want to see it go on an unplanned, expensive journey! Items left behind will be subject to immediate towing and/or disposal at the owner's expense.

Please help us keep our community looking great and avoid any unnecessary fees. A little prep now saves a big headache later! Thank you for your prompt action and cooperation.

As always, feel free to reach out to the office if you have any questions!
