Kingswood Village is a Smoke Free Residential Property

With passing a motion made at the August board meeting and the proper implementation of notifying all the homeowners, the smoking of any tobacco cigarettes, cigars or marijuana is prohibited throughout the association, including all common areas (i.e. landscape areas, parking lots, pool, decks, balconies and porches). This also includes vapes and similar products that emit a smoke and/or vapor. Violators are subject to a fine.
