Family and History at Kingswood Village

​

I am proud to be the second of four generations of Kingswood Village (KWV) owners. My connection with Kingswood Village began when I was just 10 years old, and I have now spent 49 years enjoying the Kingswood Village Property Owners Association (KVPOA).

 

Board Candidacy and Vision

​

I am running for the board at Kingswood Village to ensure that my children and grandchildren can continue to experience the unique environment and community that Kingswood offers. Preserving the special qualities of Kingswood Village for future generations is very important to me.

I believe that all owners share the desire to maintain the property grounds, pool, sports area, and property values.

 

Goals and Priorities

My primary goals as a board candidate are affordability, maintenance, and preserving property values.

 

Commitment and Experience

​

I have demonstrated my commitment to KWV over many years. I have chaired several committees, including the Architecture Review Committee. I have Previously served on Insurance committee. I currently serve on the Facilities Committee and STR Committee. My involvement has also extended to drafting rules and regulations for KVPOA.

 

Credentials and Professional Background

​

My credentials include serving as president for two terms and as a board member for more than two terms. Professionally, I am a real estate broker and hold both state and federal lender licenses. I work for major money lenders and asset managers, conducting inspections of commercial and residential properties—including condo complexes—throughout the Bay Area, from Hayward to San Jose to San Francisco and though out Silicon Valley. The focus of my inspections is to assess these properties to maintain best condition while keeping costs down.
