Jill Eugenio - Unit 105
I bought my unit, #105, in October 2024 as a vacation home for my family and extended family and eventually to be our retirement home. My family are all avid outdoor enthusiasts enjoying skiing, boarding, kayaking, paddleboarding, golf and hiking. We fell in love with Kingswood Village because the proximately to the Bay Area, the lake and the lifestyle. We then appreciated the commitment of the Board and HOA staff that support the community.
I currently work for Kaiser Permanente and I have been fortunate to work in healthcare for more than 23 years. Seeing firsthand how the solutions and systems I support positively impact patient care on a daily basis has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional journey. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to service, innovation, and continuous improvement while reinforcing the importance of delivering meaningful outcomes for patients, providers, and communities. In addition to my professional career, while living in the Bay Area I was responsible for managing and maintaining my mother’s multiple rental properties for over 15 years. My husband and I finally ventured out on our own and now run multiple rental properties between Sacramento and Tahoe.
I am running for the Board as I am dedicated to giving back. I actively support community initiatives and causes that strengthen the well-being of individuals and families. I am passionate about helping others succeed and contributing to efforts that create lasting positive change. This commitment aligns with my personal mission of serving others, fostering opportunity, and leaving a meaningful impact wherever I can.
