KVPOA is responsible for the care and maintenance of all common areas, which include grass areas, parks, pools, tennis/basketball/pickleball courts, parking lots and play areas, as well as all structures and buildings.
Maintenance planning & operation
The Maintenance staff is responsible for day-to-day preventative maintenance of the association’s common areas, buildings and facilities. The Superintendent oversees the Landscaping, Maintenance and Recreation departments.

AUTOMATED MAINTENANCE WORK REQUEST FORM
With property maintenance staff growing and with activities ramping up, the best way to report work requests to our staff is to utilize our new automated Maintenance Work Request Form. The form is very intuitive and simple to use. An additional benefit is all transactions are date stamped and tracked and can be exported to report all service activity submitted using the online form. Our Projects
The purpose of preventative maintenance & planning is to help the Superintendent and Board properly maintain common element components that the association is responsible for. Following a well-prepared maintenance plan helps extend the useful life of the components and reduce costs to members.
