Maintenance Technicians
Our Maintenance Technicians are the stewards of the property. Each technician is assigned a specific area of responsibility to ensure accountability and pride of ownership.
On any given day, our maintenance team is busy with:

Property Aesthetics: Professional landscaping, exterior painting, and consistent grounds maintenance.

Essential Repairs: Handling building maintenance and infrastructure repairs to keep the community in top shape.

Year-Round Upkeep: Managing daily trash removal and transitioning to seasonal snowblowing and winter safety during the colder months.

Operational Support: Assisting with pool maintenance and specialized projects as assigned by the operations team.
Pool Attendants (Seasonal)
Our Pool Attendants are the face of the village during our busiest season. They ensure the pool area remains a premier amenity for our owners and guests. Key responsibilities include:

Community Standards: Monitoring the pool deck to ensure guests adhere to rules regarding proper swim attire and appropriate behavior.

Facility Upkeep: Maintaining a pristine environment through regular trash removal and the cleaning of bathrooms and common areas.

Water Quality Support: Performing pool cleaning tasks, such as skimming, to ensure the water is always inviting.

Team Collaboration: Executing additional tasks as needed to support the broader operations team and ensure a seamless experience.

Specific Requirements:

Maintenance Technicians: Previous experience in trades (landscaping, painting, or general repairs) is highly preferred. Must be comfortable operating machinery like snowblowers and power tools.

Pool Attendants: Must be at least 16 years old with a firm but polite demeanor. You must be comfortable enforcing rules consistently and maintaining cleanliness standards.
