KVPOA Pool to Remain Closed Through July
We hope you are doing well during this difficult time of COVID-19.
On May 16, your Kingswood Village Property Owners Association (KVPOA) Board of Directors made the difficult decision to keep the community swimming pool and other indoor community amenities closed through July 30. The Board will consider pool operations for August at its next meeting on Saturday, July 18.
While Placer County recently moved into Stage 2 of the State of California's 4-stage recovery plan, facilities like swimming pools are not allowed to operate. Based on data and information from the State and Placer County, strict protocols, including sanitation and distancing, will be required when facilities like pools are allowed to open.
These added protocols may require added resources to put in action. The Board recognizes the risks associated with opening facilities too early.
Our property manager will be placing signage around the pool and indoor facilities. We will also be purchasing and installing a pool safety cover.
We urge you to continue to follow your local orders associated with this COVID-19 pandemic. In Placer County, that includes no short-term rentals at this time.
We hope you remain safe and well at this time. Please contact the Board if you have any questions.
